At FilmMasters FL, every product we create is custom-made to match your vehicle’s exact year, make, and model. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following strict returns and refunds policy:
Custom Products
- All products are custom cut and therefore non-refundable once opened or used.
- If a product has been opened, altered, scratched, or used in any way, it is not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Eligibility
- A full refund is available only if the product is returned in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection of the returned item.
Issues or Defects
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. You must include 2-5 photos of the product or defect to help our team process your request.

- Once opened, all sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided for custom products unless defective upon arrival.
